SOLUTION: The moisture-conditioning material is obtained by hardening by carbonation a shaped body containing water comprising a mixed powder of slaked lime of 10-50 mass%, an inorganic waste powder of 30-70 mass%, and a naturally produced inorganic powder with a high specific surface area or an inorganic powder with a high specific surface area prepared by calcining a waste composed of aluminum hydroxide as a major component at 100-500°C of 10-30 mass%.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a crystallized slag for a fine aggregate which improves a hardness, a density, an achievement rate or the like of an amorphous molten slag such as a granulated blast furnace slag, and to provide a concrete product whose mechanical strengths such as a compressive strength using the crystallized slag of 50-100%, instead of an existing fine aggregate shows an equivalent or a better performance compared with the conventional concrete product, and to establish its production method. SOLUTION: The amorphous molten slag such as the granulated blast furnace slag is heat-treated and crystallized within an optimum heat treatment temperature range of the slag determined by using the heat treatment temperature relation curve, then crushing to powders, the concrete product which uses the slag which is the crystallized slag of a high achievement rate, a high hardness and a high density obtained by wearing out and crushing as the fine aggregate, is provided, the optimum heat treatment temperature range is the heat treatment temperature range which shows the near maximum hardness from the heat treatment temperature which shows at least the increase of hardness of 10% or more than the hardness of the untreated slag, and the temperature range is the heat treatment temperature range which shows the near maximum hardness from the heat treatment temperature which shows at least the increase of hardness of 20% or more than the hardness of the untreated slag.

SOLUTION: The moisture-conditioning building material board is manufactured by impregnating pores of an organic fiber porous body with a slurry of a solid concentration of 30-50 vol.%, where a mixed powder of slaked lime of 5-40 mass% and stoneware clay of 60-95 mass% is dispersed in water, drying and hardening by carbonation.
