    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a new evaluation method capable of determining a heat-treatment condition of crystallizing without reducing characteristic such as strength or the like because an amorphous molten slag such as a granulated blast furnace slag is used as an aggregate for concrete, and to provide a heat-treatment method of the amorphous molten slag in the heat-treatment condition determined by the method. SOLUTION: The crystallizing method of the molten slag which heat-treats the slag in the temperature range in order to increase the strength of the slag itself is provided. The molten slag is the amorphous molten slag such as the granulated blast furnace slag or the like. The hardness of the molten slag is characterized by executing in the temperature range of the optimum heat treatment of the slag determined by using the heat treatment temperature relation curve. The temperature range is the heat treatment temperature range which shows the near maximum hardness from the heat treatment temperature range which shows the increase at least 10% or more of hardness of 10% or more than the hardness of the untreated slag. The temperature range is the beat treatment temperature range which shows the near maximum hardness from the heat treatment temperature range which shows the increase at least 20% or more than the hardness of the untreated slag. The temperature range is below the temperature as for the slag whose glass transition temperature is clear. The object which is crystallized is the fine aggregate for the concrete.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a crystallized slag for a fine aggregate which improves a hardness, a density, an achievement rate or the like of an amorphous molten slag such as a granulated blast furnace slag, and to provide a concrete product whose mechanical strengths such as a compressive strength using the crystallized slag of 50-100%, instead of an existing fine aggregate shows an equivalent or a better performance compared with the conventional concrete product, and to establish its production method. SOLUTION: The amorphous molten slag such as the granulated blast furnace slag is heat-treated and crystallized within an optimum heat treatment temperature range of the slag determined by using the heat treatment temperature relation curve, then crushing to powders, the concrete product which uses the slag which is the crystallized slag of a high achievement rate, a high hardness and a high density obtained by wearing out and crushing as the fine aggregate, is provided, the optimum heat treatment temperature range is the heat treatment temperature range which shows the near maximum hardness from the heat treatment temperature which shows at least the increase of hardness of 10% or more than the hardness of the untreated slag, and the temperature range is the heat treatment temperature range which shows the near maximum hardness from the heat treatment temperature which shows at least the increase of hardness of 20% or more than the hardness of the untreated slag.
