    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for wheel easily assembled and in which the positioning of each of sensors can be omitted even if the bearing device has a plurality of sensors.
      SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device comprises an outer ring as a fixed race secured to a vehicle body side, an inner shaft 2 and an inner ring member 3 as a rotating race to which a wheel is secured, and rolling elements 4, 5 of double rows rollably installed between these races. The bearing device further comprises a case member 9 having the plurality of displacement sensors 8 detecting the gap thereof from the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring member 3 at predetermined intervals in the peripheral direction. The case member 9 if fitted to the inner side end of the fixed race.

      SOLUTION: The roller bearing device for wheel comprises the cylindrical stationary orbital ring fixed to the car body; the rotary orbital ring inserted freely rotating inside of the stationary orbital ring; and the double-row roller body arranged between these orbital rings. The end part of the vehicle outer part of the annular sensor housing provided with a plurality of displacement sensors in the circumference for detecting the gap between the end of the car inner side of the rotary orbital ring, and the circumference surface is fixed to the end of the car inner side of the stationary orbital ring. On the outer surface of the car inner side terminal part of the rotary orbital ring facing the displacement sensors, the recessed part and the protruding part are formed regularly and alternately along the circumference, and the recessed parts and the protruding parts are formed on the periphery, in such a manner that all of the plurality of displacement sensors are capable of simultaneously facing the recessed parts or the protruding parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of greatly improving load detection accuracy during rotation of a tire.
      SOLUTION: The bearing device comprises: a tubular fixed raceway ring secured to a vehicle body side; a rotating raceway ring rotatably inserted in the fixed raceway ring; and a double row rolling body rollably disposed between these raceway rings. A plurality of displacement sensors for detecting a gap with an outer peripheral surface of the rotating raceway ring are installed in the fixed raceway ring, and also a rotation detection means capable of detecting the rotation angle of the rotating raceway ring is provided. The device further comprises: a memory means for memorizing the output of the displacement sensor calculated in an unloaded condition by connecting it with the rotation angle detected by the rotation detection means; and a computing means for deducting the output of the displacement sensor in an unloaded condition memorized in the memory means from the output of the displacement sensor in a loaded condition based on the rotation angle of the rotating raceway ring.
