    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing construction method of a pier, and its reinforcing device, for shortening a construction period, reducing construction cost, and preventing surrounding environmental pollution, without requiring earth retaining work, temporary work such as a scaffold and large-scale excavation work, by realizing construction work in a narrow place where no heavy machinery can be used, suitable for aseismatic reinforcing work in the ground, for example, in a pier of an existing viaduct and a column of a building.
      SOLUTION: In this reinforcing construction method of the pier, a plurality of high pressure injection pipes 25 are arranged on a peripheral surface of a reinforcing frame 16 arranged by surrounding the column 3 such as the pier; the reinforcing frame 16 is supported toward the ground 31; a high pressure fluid is injected into the ground 31 from the high pressure injection pipes 25; the ground 31 is loosened; the reinforcing frame 16 is settled by vibrating; and the reinforcing frame 16 is installed on a peripheral surface of the column 3 such as the pier in the ground. A press-in jacking device 4 having pressing means 9 and 10 is installed on the peripheral surface of the column 3 such as the pier on the ground. The pressing means 9 and 10 are engaged with the just under reinforcing frame 16, and the reinforcing frame 16 is pushed down.
