    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical rotation measuring system capable of attaining both the acceleration of measurement and improvement in S/N ratio.
      SOLUTION: The optical rotation measuring method comprises, in an alternating temperature process to the specified temperature of a sample by a sample temperature control unit 16; an optical rotation data acquisition step (S10) that begins the optical rotation measurement of the sample by using an optical rotation measuring device 16 and acquires the temperature data and the optical rotation data of the sample in a step of the alternating temperature process, when the time for measurement has elapsed; and a data processing step (S12) that determines the linear relation between the temperature data and the optical rotation data of the sample that are obtained in the optical rotation data acquisition step (S10), by using the proportionality between the optical rotation and measured temperature of the sample, in which the optical rotation at the specified temperature of the sample or the temperature dependence of the sample are determined, based on the linear relation of the temperature data and the optical rotation data of the sample in alternating temperature process to the specified temperature.
