    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light a discharge lamp stably without a trouble such as the excessive cooling of the discharge lamp. The cooling fan 10, which is driven by an inverter device 11 variably in speed, for air-cooling the discharge lamp 4 is prepared in the lamp and the tertiary winding 36 is connected to a control input terminal of the inverter device 11 through a rectifier circuit 100 to input a tertiary voltage converted into a DC to the inverter device 11. Since a single current transformer can monitor conduction of the plurality of loads, monitoring cost can be possibly reduced when monitoring conduction abnormality of the plurality of loads.     • PURPOSE:To provide an electric battery markedly improved in strength of bonding between battery jar made of a synthetic resin and the cover made of a synthetic resin and to provide an electrical or electronic component sealed with a resin and markedly improved in strength of bonding between the inner surface of the case and the cured resin in the case. An electrical or electronic component sealed with a resin and prepared by curing a resin in a flowable state is cured in a synthetic resin case in which an electrical or electronic component is contained to bond the cured resin to the inner surface of the case, wherein the synthetic resin case is pretreated by bringing the inner surface of the case into contact with a corona flame outwardly protruding beyond the gap between high-voltage electrodes, is also provided.
