摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the rotation positively by providing a pulse signal generating means with at least one contactor disposed to come into contact with a plate comprising conductors arranged annularly at a predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION:During forward rotation of a plate 10, a second contactor 11b comes into contact with a second conductive part 10b2 when a first contactor 11a does not come into contact with a first conductive part 10b1. A controller controls the second contactor 11b to detect the edge of a pulse signal thus recognizing that the output shaft 5 is rotating forward. During reverse rotation of the plate 10, the first contactor 11a does not come into contact with the first conductive part 10b1 when the second contactor 11b does not come into contact with the second conductive part 10b2. The controller controls the first contactor 11a to detect the edge of the pulse signal thus recognizing that the output shaft 5 is rotating reversely. This structure realizes a positive rotational detection.
