摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein the removing block has a specific constitution and is caused to cooperate with the thrusting block to clamp-press the mesh-teeth, and the mesh-teeth are peeled off by a scraper thereby to smoothen the opening of the mesh-teeth foot part and to remove the possibility of the worms being cut off. CONSTITUTION:The fastener chain is guided in a state where mesh-teeth are enmeshed with each other and brought to a stop between stationary and movable clamps 9 and 10. The tape 2 is clamped and the front and rear parts of the mesh- teeth 3 are clamp-pressed between the removing block 6 and thrusting block 7. Upon this occasion, the upper and lower surfaces of the teeth foot part 5 are respectively opened by the lever action of the claw 8 of the block 7 and the tape cord 1 and the functions of both corner parts 6 and 6' of the block 6 scraped off at an angle of 25-45 degrees. The blocks 6 and 7 are caused to descend in this state, and the teeth 3 are separated from the tape cord 1 as they are clamped. Thereafter, both blocks 6 and 7 are restored to original positions and teeth 3 adhering on the block 7 are scraped off by a scraper 20.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make accurate supplying and extracting of material possible without stringent adjustment of the positions and heights of dies and feeders by making the storage of the positions of an arm with a sucker of unfixed moving distances always possible and performing the operation of the sucker and the position storage simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:When switches 30a-30d are turned off and a control device 24 is operated in the 1st step, no electricity is conducted to motors 11a-11d and vertical, swiveling, cross and rotary motions are free. Thereupon, the operator moves an arm 1 by hand until a sucker 3 contacts the work W of a feeder F and when he presses a switch 2, the material W is sucked to the sucker 3 by the operation of the device 24 and the arm positions are written into the places 23a1-23d1 of a storage device 23. Then, when he brings the arm 1 over dies and operates it in the same manner, the material W is left on the dies and the arm positions are written into the places 23a2-23d2. Hence, when the switches 30a-30d are turned on and the device 24 is operated in the 2nd step, electricity is supplied to the sucker 3 by set signals 27a-27d, and tha arm 1 makes a series of various operations mentioned above after descending and sucking.
