    • PURPOSE:To detect the displacement of an object to be measured, by irradiating said object with a sharp strip-shaped laser beam longitudinally converged by means of a cylindrical lens, and picking up the reflected light by means of a scanning type image pickup camera to obtain the positional displacement of the picture. CONSTITUTION:From a laser oscillator 16 through a lens 17 and a cylindrical lens 17A, a laser beam is applied so as to form a light strip 18 which is narrow in the longitudinal direction (z) of an angle 5 along the track and elongated in the directions of two sides (x) and (y). The light strip 18 is picked up by means of a scanning line type camera 19 to obtain a picture 18B. The angle theta between the light-projecting axis and the optical axis of the camera and the inclination thereof are regulated so that the X and Y directions of the picture 18B correspond to the horizontal and vertical directions on the picture-receiving screen. At first, the whole frame is scanned to obtain a pulse generating position. Then, only the vicinity thereof is scanned a small number of times in order to reduce the measuring time. The maximum signal is detected in a picture detecting part 21, the position coordinates are obtained in a signal processing part 22 and converted into analog quantities in a D/A conerter 23, and the coordinate displacement of the object being measured is obtained in a coordinate converting part 24. Thereby, the change in position of the object to be measured can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to inspect magnetic anisotropy from above through a coating, by respectively winding detection coils around the intermediate and end parts of the roots of adjacent comb tooth shaped parts, and allowing the inequality in output electromotive force to appear only in the detection coil in the vicinity of a place where magnetic anisotropy is different from that of the peripheral other part. CONSTITUTION:Lines of magnetic force 8 are excited in iron plates 1, 2 welded by plug welding parts 6 and a magnetic field passing the magnetic core of a sensor by exciting coils 4 and voltage signals are induced in detection coils 5 in proportion to the intensity of said lines of magnetic force 8. These voltage signal are set off with each other because magnetic permeabilities are equal between mutually adjacent magnetic cores when the plane arrangement of the end parts of the comb shaped tooth parts of the magnetic core of the sensor is a straight form and come to zero but, when the comb tooth shaped parts of the magnetic core are arranged in a zigzag pattern at the end parts thereof contacted with a magnetic material to be inspected, that is, the iron plate 1 as shown by numerals 3a-3n in the drawing, the magnetic permeabilities between the magnetic core end parts adjacent to each other becomes non-equilibrium by the magnetic anisotropy present in the iron plate 1 and voltage signals are induced in the detection coils 5 and the plung welding parts 6 can be detected because there is magnetic anisotroy with the parts of the iron plates 1, 2 in said plug welding parts 6.
