    • PURPOSE:To measure instantaneously a residual stress and stress by adjusting a magnetic core of a sensor, detecting a lift-off by a coil, and erasing an influence of the lift-off by an operator. CONSTITUTION:An exciting magnetic core 1 to which an exciting coil 4 and a lift-off detecting coil 6 have been wound, and a magnetic potential difference detecting magnetic core 2 to which a magnetic potential difference detecting coil 5 for detecting a magnetic potential difference generated by a stress has been wound are made orthogonal to each other, by which a magnetic anisotropy sensor is constituted. This device is constituted of a transmitter for supplying a constant-current to this sensor coil 4, a synchronous rectifier for rectifying an output voltage of the coil 5 by synchronizing with a signal of the transmitter through an amplifier, a rectifier for rectifying an output of the coil 6 through an amplifier, and a synchronous rectifier, and an operator for calculating an output ratio of a difference between an output of the rectifier and an output voltage of the rectifier at the time when there is no measuring object, etc. In this state, the tip of the magnetic core 2 is adjusted in the direction where a lift-off becomes large against the tip of the magnetic core 1, lift-off characteristics of outputs of the coil 5 and 4 are made to coincide, and an influence of the lift-off is erased.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate and reliable measurement result by implanting three coils and a probe in a common magnetic material substrate with high magnetic permeability and bringing the probe into contact even when the surface of a magnetic structure body to be measured is curved. CONSTITUTION:Cores 2a, 2b, and 2c of 'Permalloy(R)', etc., wound with coils 3a, 3b, and 3c are arranged on the common core base 1 made of, for example, 'Permalloy(R)' at respective vertexes of a rectangular equilateral triangle whose two isosceles sides cross each other at the position of the core 2b. Then, the cores 2a, 2b, and 2c are arranged at measurement positions in contact with a shaft 6 which is applied with torque as shown by 7a and 7b, and then the three cores 2a, 2b, and 2c contact the measurement object surface of the shaft 6 having a cylindrical surface completely. Consequently, a stable and reliable measured value which has less variation is obtained.
