摘要： PURPOSE: To move an arm in a hang down state at the trouble time of a drive wheel row and collect a manipulator to the outside of a closed vessel surely by supporting one part of a gear wheel row by an off-centered bearing, rotating this off-centered bearing at the emergency time and providing an emergency cable for separating one part of the gear wheel row. CONSTITUTION: When a drive mechanism is broken down, an emergency cable 100 is pulled upward, a lever 92 is turned to a counter-clockwise direction, an off-centered bearing 88 is rotated and a pinion shaft 58a is moved more downward than a normal position. By this movement, the meshing of a gear 62 with a gear 64 is separated and the reciprocating mechanism of an arm 48 is cut off and also the meshing of a sector gear 74 with a pinion is separated alike. As this result, an arm holder 42 is separated from an arm support 34 and made in a free state and the arm 48 opened by its own weight is moved in a hang down state parallelling with the arm support 34. In this state, the manipulator can be collected to the outside of the closed vessel through a port.

摘要： PURPOSE:To repair the inside wall of a vacuum vessel economically and surely by inserting an arm via a shaft sealing device into the vacuum vessel from the port part thereof, providing a repairing device to the top end of the arm and moving optionally and three-dimensionally the arm. CONSTITUTION:The arm 10b is inserted into the vacuum vessel 1 from the port 2 thereof via the shaft sealing device. The repairing device (titanium evaporating source) 9b is mounted to the top end of the arm 10b. The arm 10b is vertically moved (X-axis 18) by a ball screw 12 and is moved, by means of a driving head 5, in a forward and backward direction (A-axis 19) around the arm rotating part 8b, in the direction (phi-axis 20) turning within the plane inclusive of the A-axis 19 and Z-axis 18 around the part 8b and in the rotating direction (phi-axis 21) of the Z-axis 18 itself. A power source line to the device 9b is constituted of a copper bar 25, a flexible twist wire 24, a current collector 23 and a trolley wire 22. The repair of the optional of the vessel 1 is thus made possible without breaking the vacuum sealing thereof.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an anti-seizing agent which is applied to a bolt or nut to be used in a high-temperature and high-vacuum environment to prevent seizure and enable smooth attaching and detaching by using a specified alkyl- substituted tetraphenyl ether and boron nitride as the constituents. CONSTITUTION:An anti-seizing agent which contains an alkyl-substituted tetraphenyl ether (A) (having one to four 6-20C substituents) and 20-70wt.% boron nitride (B) having a mean particle diameter of 0.1-50mum. The ether to be used as the base oil has higher thermal stability than other lubricating oils and evaporates little even at high temperature. The nitride to be used as the additive is stable at high temperature, and the incorporation thereof in a suitable amount can give an anti-seizing agent exhibiting excellent performance under high-temperature and high-vacuum conditions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of the creep deformation of a gasket when baked and prevent the lowering of the bearing of a sealed face for obtaining a reliable metallic gasket by making the material near the part, with which the blade of a flange is brought into contact, of material whose hardness is lower than that of the material around the part. CONSTITUTION:The vacuum seal between a gasket 4 and flange 13 is performed by letting the blade 11 of the flange 13 cut into the sealing member of the gasket. When baking is done to reduce the quantity of gas discharging from a vacuum container, the temperature of a vacuum flange section rises, and since clamping force works to the cutting edge of the flange cut into the sealing member 1 of the gasket 4 due to the clamping bolt 12 of the flange 13, the creep deformation of the gasket 4 progresses. This deformation lowers the clamping force of the clamping bolt 12, which causes leak generation. Since, however, the internal peripheral surface, external peripheral surface, and bottom surface of the sealing member 1, into which the blade 11 of the flange cuts, is enclosed by a base member 2 whose hardness is higher than that of the sealing member 1, the deformation of the sealing member 1 is bound so that creep may not easily be generated, which reduces the generation of creep deformation.
