    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently absorb the vertical vibration components of the base of a building, making their transferring to the building hard by providing a metal balloon which is made of thin-walled super-plastic material and is formed into a bellows shape, wherein ridges and valleys having U-like cross sections alternately continue, and at each center of the upper and lower end face of which cylinders are concentrically and continuously formed. SOLUTION: In the outer circumference of the bellows section of a metal balloon 10, that is, in each valley 12, a reinforcing ring 14, whose inner side is made after the shape of the valley 12 and the upper and lower faces on the outer circumference are made after the shape of a ridge 11, is secured. An upper seat 15 is secured at the upper end of the metal balloon 10, and a lower seat 15' is secured to the lower end. The vertical vibration components of the base of a building, based on crystal movements such as earthquake are absorbed by the expansion and contraction of the metal balloon 10 of an air spring device 16, making their transferring to the building hard. Even if they are transferred to the building, they are substantially damped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic base isolation device whose outside diameter is lessened without using a double bellows, having an improved strength so as to be less susceptible damage, in which pressure of a high pressure air housing chamber is not lowered even if damage is produced, and function of an air spring device is not lowered. SOLUTION: The aseismic base isolation device is disposed between structural foundation 2 and a structure 2, and constituted of a laminated rubber body 4 and an air spring device 5. In this case the air spring device 5 is provided between the laminated rubber body 4 and the structure 3, and is interconnected to an intermediate seat 7 having one end attached to the laminated rubber body 4, and the other end attached to the structure 3, and is provided with a metal-made flexible bellows 6 in which a high pressure air chamber 9 formed in an interior thereof. With regard to the metal-made flexible bellows 6, an inside bellows having ridges and grooves of a U-shaped cross section continuing alternately, void holding member along the outer periphery of the inside bellows, and an outside bellows having ridges and grooved of a U-shaped cross section continuing alternately along the outer periphery of the void holding member are laminated and integrally molded.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a high cycle test using a shaker of low shaking force and to test a test piece while controlling constant displacement and constant load by utilizing the vibration characteristics of a vibration system employing the test piece and a dynamoelectric shaker as a spring and a mass. SOLUTION: A dynamoelectric shaker 2 is set on a lower fixing floor 1 in the center thereof and posts 3 at stood on the opposite side thereof. An upper fixing floor 4 is secured to the upper part of the post 3 and a test piece upper fixing jig 5 is secured to the lower surface thereof. A test piece P having one end secured to the jig 5 and the other end secured to a test piece lower fixing jig 11 is then mounted on a shaking table 10. When the shaker 2 is operated to apply a shaking force to the test piece P, the test load is increased significantly utilizing the vibration characteristics of a vibration system employing the test piece P and the shaking table 10 as a spring and a mass. In other words, a high cycle fatigue test can be performed using a shaker of low shaking force. Furthermore, since the test piece P is fixed at one end, fatigue test can be performed while controlling constant displacement and constant load appropriately.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for bellows and maintenance by supporting a high temperature piping or duct by a rod-type support in such way that the high temperature piping or duct can be tilted to angles at which its movement in a plane perpendicular to the heat transfer direction is restricted and it can oscillate forth and back in the heat transferring direction. CONSTITUTION:With a rod-type support 21, screw bolts 17 having pin receivers 16 are adjustably screwed into both end parts of a rod 15. Supporting fittings 19 are connected through pins 20 to the pin receivers 16 of both end parts. A pair of red-type supports 21 are mounted as one set so that a high temperature piping 22 can be tilted to angles at which its movement can be restricted in a plane F perpendicular to the longitudinal direction shown by the arrow indicating heat transfer of the high temperature piping 22, and it can oscillate forth and back in the heat transferring direction. As a result, impact force of earthquake, etc., and dead load can be positively supported. Further, heat transmission can be released, the piping can freely expand, and no bellows is required.
