    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape holding device for a segment capable of holding the segment from an outer side, holding the segments not only in a front row but also in the next row and on, and allowing segment holding bodies in a front row to hold the segment at the optimum position at all times.
      SOLUTION: Groups of segment holding bodies arranged in the peripheral direction are vertically arranged in two rows 14, 15 in the direction of a tunnel with the group of segment holding bodies as one row.
