      SOLUTION: The segment manufacturing form 1 is equipped with a form main body 2 having an upward opened opening part 2a, the lid form 3 arranged to the upper end of the form main body 2 so as to cover the opening part 2a and the degassing sheet 4 arranged along the inner surface 3b of the lid form 3 and held to the form main body 2 in a freely detachable manner by longitudinal and lateral magnets 8a and 8b. A plurality of projections 7b, which come into contact with the degassing sheet 4 so as to leave a predetermined gap with respect to the inner surface 3b of the lid form 3, are provided to the inner surface 3b of the lid form 3 and concrete is cast in the molding space, which is surrounded by the form main body 2 and the lid form 3 on the side of the inner surface 3b along the degassing sheet 4 to form the segment product.

      SOLUTION: Insertion holes 44 for inserting a flange portion 12 of an H-shaped or I-shaped connecting fitting 4B, and web insertion grooves 46 continuing into the insertion hole 44 are formed in the side plates 42 and 42 of the steel segments 2A and 2A, respectively; and the segments are connected together by making the connecting fitting straddle both the web insertion grooves. A one end side flange portion 14 of the connecting fitting is preinserted through the one web insertion groove, and fixed to the side plate; the other end side flange portion is protruded sideward. A rubber material 20B for pressure-bonding the side plates of the segments is provided between portions in which the other end side flange portion 12 and the side plate of the other segment are engaged with each other. The outer periphery of the rubber material is enclosed with a metal plate 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting member for a segment connecting fitting, which enables a stable reaction force to be formed when compressed by a compressive force with a predetermined value or above, and which enables jointing while stabilizing a circumferential fastening force of a segment.
      SOLUTION: This supporting member is equipped with: a bottomed cylinder-shaped outer tube part 37; a bottomed cylinder-shaped inner tube part 38 which is loosely fitted into the inside-diameter side of the tube part 37; grease 39 which is infilled into a filling space 40 surrounded by a bottom surface of the tube part 38 and an inner surface of the tube part 37; and an O-ring 41 which makes the grease 39 under a predetermined pressure or below sealable between an inner peripheral surface 37a of the tube part 37 and an outer peripheral surface 38c of the tube part 38. When the supporting member is axially subjected to the compressive force with the predetermined value or above, the tube part 38 is relatively moved to the axial back side of the tube part 37 while the grease 39 is eliminated from the filling space 40.

      SOLUTION: A piece-to-piece joint structure comprises a connection metal fitting 14 and a joining metal fitting 16. The connection metal fitting 14 comprises an opening part 18 at its one end and is formed in a roughly C-shape in cross section. The connection fitting 14 is formed of a thermally extruded carbon steel. The connection metal fitting 14 is formed so that its longitudinal direction is disposed in the driving direction of the connection metal fitting 16. The opening part 18 is disposed to face a piece-to-piece joint face 12 in the state of being tilted at a specified tilt angle θ so that the edge part of the connection metal fitting 14 along the longitudinal direction is gradually separated from the piece-to-piece joint face 12.
