The anchoring structure is formed of: a coupler 11 which is mounted on the end 10a of the reinforcing steel rod 10, and embedded in the tunnel peripheral wall portion 21; an anchoring steel rod 12 which is connected via the coupler 11 to the end 10a of the reinforcing steel rod 10, and extended in an extending direction of the reinforcing steel rod 10; an anchoring portion 13 which is arranged on the anchoring steel rod 12 and anchored into the tunnel peripheral portion 21; an elastic member 14 which covers the coupler 11; and a sheath pipe 15 which sheathes the anchoring steel rod 12 arranged between the coupler 11 and the anchoring portion 13, and is interposed between the anchoring portion 13 and the elastic member 14.
