    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning duct capable of preventing the occurrence of air leakage when joining and fixing the air conditioning ducts mutually and improving efficiency of air blowing.
      SOLUTION: This air conditioning duct A for vehicle is constituted by joining and fixing a duct on one side and a duct on the other side mutually. The duct 1 on one side is constituted by joining and adding a first unit duct 11 forming a flange at a peripheral fringe of an opening part and a second unit duct 12 forming a flange at a peripheral fringe of an opening in parallel. The duct 2 on the other side is constituted by joining and adding a third unit duct 21 forming a flange at a peripheral fringe of an opening part and a fourth unit duct 22 forming a flange at a peripheral fringe of an opening part in parallel. The flange 11A formed around a boundary of the first unit duct 11 and the flange 12A formed around a boundary of the second unit duct 12 are mutually overlapped and fixed. The flange 21A formed around a boundary of the third unit duct and the flange 22A formed around a boundary of the fourth unit duct are mutually overlapped, joined, and fixed to constitute the air conditioning duct A.

The side surface of the stay 2 and the engagement member 8 are provided with a resin-made stay-side coating layer and an engagement member-side coating layer. The hardness of the stay-side coating layer is higher than that of the engagement member-side coating layer. Accordingly, the head rest support structure having superior peeling resistance and having appearance matching with the interior of the vehicle is achieved.
