SOLUTION: This equipment comprises: a common hoist 20 for the segment 3 and the road surface component 11; a segment carrier 6 in which a plurality of the segments 3 conveyed by the common hoist 20 are stored, and which sequentially delivers the segments to an erector 4; a traverser 19 on which the road surface component 11 conveyed by the common hoist 20 is placed, and which performs the traverse feeding of the road surface component 11; and a dedicated hoist 27 which suspends the road surface component 11 fed in a traverse direction by the traverser 19, conveys it in the axial direction of the tunnel, and assembles it to the bottom of the tunnel, so as to construct the road surface R.
