    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment and a method for conveying a segment and a road surface component, which enable the segment to be fed to a tunnel construction site concurrently with the feeding of a road-surface component to a road-surface construction site, and which enable a tunnel to be constructed using the segment, simultaneously with the construction of a road surface from the road surface component. SOLUTION: This equipment comprises: a common hoist 20 for the segment 3 and the road surface component 11; a segment carrier 6 in which a plurality of the segments 3 conveyed by the common hoist 20 are stored, and which sequentially delivers the segments to an erector 4; a traverser 19 on which the road surface component 11 conveyed by the common hoist 20 is placed, and which performs the traverse feeding of the road surface component 11; and a dedicated hoist 27 which suspends the road surface component 11 fed in a traverse direction by the traverser 19, conveys it in the axial direction of the tunnel, and assembles it to the bottom of the tunnel, so as to construct the road surface R. A conveying space 30 for allowing the passage of the segment 3, which is suspended by the common hoist 20, is formed above the road surface component 11 on the traverser 19.       SOLUTION: This twin screw conveyor 1 is provided with a second screw conveyor 10 having small diameter, a first screw conveyor 11 arranged concentrically to cover its outer periphery and having large diameter, and a driving means 12 for driving the second screw conveyor 10 and the first screw conveyor 11 selectively. The second screw conveyor 10 has a cylindrical second casing 13 and a spiral second flight 14 stored rotatably in the second casing 13. The first screw conveyor 11 has a spiral first flight 18 mounted on an outer peripheral face of the second casing 13 and a cylindrical first casing 19 surrounging the first flight 18 rotatably. The driving means 12 has a first driving part 24 rotating and driving the first flight 18 for the first casing 19, a second driving part 25 rotating and driving the second flight 4 for the second casing 13, and a change-over part 26 driving either of the first driving part 24 and the second driving part 25.
