    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a cargo such as a container at a loading position where one end of a first load-carrying platform is raised, prevent the cargo from sliding and dropping, and store harvests easily into the container from a work bench by constituting a cargo transfer mechanism of a work vehicle in such a manner that the other end of the first load-carrying platform is pivotally supported on the work bench and the cargo transfer mechanism can turn to the loading position where one end of the first load-carrying platform is raised and a transfer position where one end thereof is lowered down to a height of a second load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: A work bench 11, a first load-carrying platform 12, and a second load-carrying platform 9 are arranged in close proximity on a self-running bogie 5 so that the work bench 11 and the first load-carrying platform 12 can move around the second load-carrying platform 9. The first load-carrying platform 12 is arranged at a higher position than the second load- carrying platform 9, and one end of the first load-carrying platform 12 is pivotally supported on the work bench 11 to constitute a cargo transfer mechanism of a work vehicle in such a manner that it can turn to a loading position where the other end of the first load-carrying platform 12 is raised and a transfer position where the other end thereof is lowered down to a height of the second load-carrying platform. Moreover, a release lever 43 is provided in the vicinity of the work bench 11 so that the first load-carrying platform 12 can turn from the loading position to the transfer position due to the turn of the release lever 43. Further, rollers 37, 45 are arranged on top faces of the first load-carrying platform 12 and the second load-carrying platform 9.

    • PURPOSE: To make automatic return to the initial condition quickly and smoothly by providing a plurality of return programs to the initial condition, furnishing a stop position sensing means and operating condition sensing means, and selecting the suitable program for the given condition when a robot stopped on the way of its works is to be started on the basis of the results from sensing made by the two sensing means. CONSTITUTION: A ROM as a storing part provided in a robot controller 4 contains a plurality of, for example three, return programs to the initial condition which are to control a reversible motor so that a robot stopped on the way of its works is returned automatically to the initial state. A stop position sensing means and an operating condition sensing means are furnished, and when the robot 1 stopped on the way of its works is to be started, a selecting means installed in the robot controller 4 selects the program suitable for the given condition to return the robot 1 automatically to its initial state on the basis of the results from sensing made by the two sensing means. Thus restitution takes place automatically in conformity to the selected program.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent laser light from attenuating and improve the measurement precision of the saccharinity measuring instrument which analyzes the laser light transmitted through a fruit and measures the saccharinity of the fruit. SOLUTION: A positioning means which positions a tray 6, having a through hole for passing the laser light, at a specific measurement position is provided on the center line of the mounted fruit 5, and a light projection part 16 and a light-receiving part 17 are provided movably on a perpendicular containing the center of the fruit across the fruit 5 on the tray 6 and surrounded with light shield members 19 and 21. When the saccharinity of the fruit 5 is measured, the light projection part 16 and light-receiving part 17 are put close to the fruit 5 mounted on the tray 6 so that openings of the shield members 19 and 21 come into contact with the fruit 5, etc. Consequently, the fruit 5 is accurately positioned in the optical path from the light projection part 16 to the light- receiving part 17, so the stability of measurement is improved. Further, the optical path is shielded by the shield members 19 and 21 from external light, so the influence of the external light is eliminated to improve the measurement precision.

    • PURPOSE: To store various cores in a main die using a robot, and to prevent the core from being brought into contact with the inner surface of the main die to break the main die. CONSTITUTION: A robot having an arm movable in the horizontal and vertical direction, a hand part fitted to the tip part of the arm to hold a core, and a driving means to move the arm to the position where the core held by the hand part is stored in a main die is provided. A non-contact type distance measuring instrument which is lowered to the prescribed position in the main die, and measures the distance between the distance measuring instrument and the circumferential surface of the main die is fitted to the hand part, and the distance between the hand part and the main die is operated by a first operating means based on the measurement by the distance measuring instrument. The correction in storing the core of the arm necessary to store the core in the main die without bringing the core held by the hand part into contact with the circumferential surface of the main die is operated by a second operating means based on the results of operation by the first operating means, and the arm is moved based on the results of operation of the second operating means to accommodate the core.
