摘要： PURPOSE:To set the spindle speeds of groups different from each other by grouping spindles, arranging an electric motor for each group, fitting a drive pulley to the electric motor in such a way as to be changeable, and also providing a tension pulley. CONSTITUTION:Many spindles 6 pertaining to a covering machine and the like are grouped into each of the predetermined number, and one electric motor 17 is provided for each group. The spindles 6 are driven with an endless belt 16 actuated on the operation of the electric motor 17. Also, the outer diameter of a drive pulley 18 so fitted to the electric motor 17 as to be changeable is selected, thereby enabling the pertinent determination of the speed of the spindle 16 pertaining to each group. According to the aforesaid construction, the spindle speed can be selected to a desired number of revolutions for each group, and one covering machine or the like can concurrently manufacture many types of covering yarns and the like.

The covering yarn 10 is composed of core yarn 11 of elastic yarn having 10-40D size wound by coating yarn 12 comprising heat set yarn having 8-200T/m torque derived from thermoplastic synthetic fiber having fine denier of 5-14D by subjecting to dry heat-treatment with twist number of 1580/D -15800/D T/m and twist is fixed. The low-stretching yarn 13 is composed of thermoplastic fiber having an elongation smaller than said covering yarn 10 and subjected to dry heat set at the same condition as the coating yarn of said covering yarn. Then, said covering yarn 10 and said low- stretching yarn 13 are interchangeably knitted with each 1 course in wale direction of the knit texture to afford the aimed panty hoses.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and speedy conduct a multiple stacking process for vertically stacking long articles sequentially carried from an upstream side through a carrying conveyer for every predetermined number without errors. SOLUTION: The long articles B1 to B5 sequentially carried through a first carrying conveyer A1 in an irregular mutual interval D1 and in a different posture is received by a relay conveyer 10, and intermittently stored on the relay conveyer 10 by an intermittent storage shutter device 20. Thus, the mutual interval of the long articles B1 to B5 is dissolved for a while and the posture is arranged. Next, the long articles B1 to B5 stored for the predetermined number is sequentially transferred to a pitcher conveyer 30 of which drive speed is higher than the relay conveyer 10 so as to newly set equal mutual interval and posture. After that, the long articles B1 to B5 are sequentially charged from the pitcher conveyer 30, and are received by an apron 41 of a receiver device 40 moving to a lower direction at an identical height position.
