    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an utterance detector which is smaller than a conventional one, can be attached to a body for a long time or always, and can detect the utterance information of an utterer, and to provide a voice communication system which uses the utterance detector.
      SOLUTION: The voice communication system 100 includes a pair of the utterance detectors 10 and 20. The utterance detector 10 has an acceleration sensor 11 to detect air vibration excited by the utterance of the utterer, a radio transmitter 12 connected to the acceleration sensor 11, a radio receiver 13, a signal generator 14 connected to the radio receiver 13, and an oscillator 15 connected to the signal generator 14. The utterance detector 20 has an acceleration sensor 21, a radio transmitter 22 connected to the acceleration sensor 21, a radio receiver 23, a signal generator 24 connected to the radio receiver 23, and an oscillator 25 connected to the signal generator 24.
