      SOLUTION: This component (back flow check valve) 5 comprises a cylindrical joint member 2 having a bonding part to a container main body 4 formed by a thermal weldable material and thermally fused and bonded to the container main body 4, a cylindrical main body 3 supported by the joint member 2 to be incorporated into the container main body 4 and having a projecting part 3b on an outer periphery, and a moving regulating member 1 for regulating the moving of the valve main body 3 in relation to the joint member 2 along a shaft direction of the valve main body 3. In the back flow check valve 5, the moving of the valve 5 to the outside of the container main body 4 is regulated by the projecting part 3b, the moving to the inside of the container main body 4 is regulated by the moving regulating member 1, and the joint member 2 is held between the moving regulating member 1 and the valve main body 3 by screwing the moving regulating member 1 and the valve main body 3 to fix the joint member 2 to the container main body 4.
