    • PURPOSE:To prevent a lip part from deformation and flaw even without taking particular care for alignment between an oil seal and a transmitting shaft by forming a guide hole, which is concentric with the power transmitting shaft having a diameter a little larger than its outside diameter, in a guide blade. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 31 adapts its peripheral surface to a guide hole 35a of a guide blade 35 simultaneously also to the internal periphery of a lip part 33a of an oil seal 33. Consequently, the lip part 33a is pressed by the peripheral surface of the shaft 31 and deformed, but the lip part 33a protrudes its internal peripheral edge only by a little amount to the inner from the guide hole 35a, and the lip part 33a is suppressed from its deformation in a less amount and prevented from excessive deformation and flawing. Accordingly, the oil seal 33 enables its lip part 33a to be prevented from the excessive deformation and flawing even when the propeller shaft 31 is inserted without particularly taking care, and the propeller shaft 31 can be easily assembled.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate an on-off valve which controls a governor pressure in linkage with establishement of a maximum speed step transmission system, by a method wherein a control valve for actuating a clutch is actuated at a given car speed which is set to higher than a minimum car speed in a car speed range in which a maximum speed step transmission system is established. CONSTITUTION:A fluid torque converter 4 has a clutch 19 which causes an input case 14 to engage and disengage with an from a turbine vane 17, and the clutch 19 is shifted and controlled by a control valve 21 by means of a governor pressure fed from a governor valve, actuated according to a car speed, through a manual control valve and an oil passage L12. A pressure oil from an oil pressure source is guided through a regulator valve and an oil passage 9 by the control valve 21, an oil passage L9 is connected to an oil passage L11 to feed it to a space 16, and an oil passage L10 is connected to an atmosphere port 23 to discharge the pressure oil through an oil chamber 20, resulting in engagement of the clutch 19. In which case, a set car speed for engagement of a clutch may take the form of an estalishment time of a maximum speed step transmission system, and in this case, the control valve 21 is adapted to be shifted to a clutch engaging position.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the dimension in the axial direction by fixing the first gear onto an input shaft and arranging the second gear meshed with the first gear onto the second shaft and arranging the third gear which revolves in interlocking with the second gear onto the third shaft and arranging an engaging/disengaging means which engages/disengages the third gear and the third shaft. CONSTITUTION:The first - fourth drive gears 21-24 and the first - fourth driven gears 25-28 meshed with the drive gears 21-24 are arranged in parallel in the axial direction, and the fifth driven gear 29 (third gear) which is engagement/ disengagement-operated by the third synchromesh mechanism 18 is arranged in a same row to the first driving and driven gears 21 and 25 (first and second gears). Therefore, the dimension in the axial direction of a speed change gear 10 is shortened by the portion of the fifth driven gear 29 and the third synchromesh mechanism 18 in comparison with the conventional method. Therefore, the axial span supported by the bearings of the shafts 12-14 is shortened, and the axial rigidity is improved, and the meshing of the gears supported by this shaft is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an entire transmission in the axial lining direction so as to improve a space efficiency by fixing a reverse driving gear to a second intermediate shaft, pivoting a reverse driven gear to an output shaft and connecting it thereto through a hydraulic clutch. CONSTITUTION:Power which is input to a second intermediate shaft 7 in normal rotation is transmitted to a reverse driven gear 14 in reverse rotation from a reverse driving gear 11 through an idle gear 13 and then to an output shaft 5 from a reverse hydraulic clutch 15 in a reverse run. On the other hand, in an advancing run, the clutch 15 is released, and the output shaft 5 is rotated in normal direction through other sub and main transmission gear lines 8, 9. At this time, the number of revolution on the input side of the clutch 15 is relatively small since the reverse driven gear 14 is driven in deceleration through the driving gear 11, and thereby dragging resistance is decreased. The reverse driving gear 11 has a small diameter so that the second intermediate shaft 7 can approach the first intermediate shaft of the sub transmission gear line 8. Thus, the size can be reduced in an axial lining direction of the entire transmission while keeping the axial measure of the housing part of the main transmission line.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a supporting shaft exclusively used for a parking pole, to reduce the number of parts and to improve the efficiency of space use by slidably supporting the parking pole to an idle shaft fixed to the case pivotally supporting the idle gear of a backing gear train. CONSTITUTION:A claw section 18c is arranged so as to swing from the non- parking position that the claw section 18c leaves from a parking gear thereat being energized by the force of a coil spring 20 to the parking position that the claw section 18c is engaged with the gear 19 thereat opposing to the spring 20, and the swing of the claw section 18c is caused by the vertical movement of the directly moving cam abutted to the lower end of a leg section 18b. In other words, the swing of the claw section 18c to the parking position and non-parking position are caused by the rising and lowering of the cam 21 respectively. In the next step when a shift lever is shifted to the parking position, the cam 21 is raised for sliding a parking pole 18 to the parking position, which binds an output shaft 4 through the gear 19 resulting in the parking of a vehicle. In this case, as an idle shaft 10 supporting the pole 18 is a fixed shaft, the pole 18 can work independently of a backing gear train 9.

    • PURPOSE: To enable to secure the long cut-off time of clutch operation by providing a delay means for the delaying of an inputting of a vehicle speed signal to a control valve via a cutting-off device, in the device in which the cutting-off device is provided to cutoff the inputting of a vehicle speed signal to a control valve under designated driving condition.
      CONSTITUTION: A torque converter 2 is provided with a clutch 14 which mechanically connects an input case 9 with a turbine wheel 12, the clutch 14 is connected or disconnected by the controlling of an oil pressure charging for an oil chamber 15 and that of the oil pressure discharging from the oil chamber 15 with a control valve 17. The control valve 17 is controlled by changing-over of a governor pressure introduced as the speed signal via an oil passage L12 from a governor valve moved in correspondance with the vehicle speed. At this time, a vehicle speed cut-off device 24 provided with a cutoff valve 25 is interposed on the oil passage L12, the cutoff device is formed to be able to cutoff the input of the governor pressure during the both of charging oil pressure for oil pressure clutches C2, C3 correspond to the second speed, third speed are less than designated value, moreover, an orifice 26 is interposed at the upstream side of the cut-off valve 25, thus, the expected purpose can be achieved.

    • 目的:为了通过提供延迟装置来确保离合器操作的长截止时间,通过切断装置将车速信号输入延迟到控制阀,在其中, 提供关闭装置以在指定的驾驶状况下切断向控制阀的车速信号的输入。 构成:变矩器2设置有离合器14,其将输入壳体9与涡轮机叶片12机械连接,离合器14通过控制油室15的油压充注和油的油压而被连接或断开 通过控制阀17从油室15排出压力。控制阀17通过经由油路L12从与车速相应地移动的调速阀转换为速度信号而被控制。 此时,在油路L12上设置有设置有截止阀25的车速切断装置24,切断装置形成为能够在两者的加油期间切断调速器的输入, 油压离合器C2,C3对应于第二速度,第三速度小于指定值,此外,在截止阀25的上游侧设置有孔口26,因此可以实现预期目的。
