      CONSTITUTION: To connect to the main ship 3 the floating hose 1 connected to a one-point mooring buoy 12 and a mooring line 2, the marker buoy 13 connected to the floating hose 1 and the mooring line 2 respectively through the leading ropes 14, 18 is floated on the surface of the sea proximate to the mooring buoy 12, and is connected with the propulsion body 11 through the leading-in line 10. The propulsion body 11 is made to steam toward the ship 3, is recovered onto the ship 3 by a winch 8 provided at a davit 7, then the floating hose 1 and the mooring buoy 3 are brought onto the ship 3 through the leading-in line 10, the marker buoy 13 and the leading ropes 14, 18, and are connected to the ship 3. Accordingly, the connecting work can be easily performed without using any special boat for mooring work.

In this manner, the upper chamber only which is required to be heated is heated, and accordingly it is possible to employ a small capacity of heat of a heating device for preventing freezing of an interior of the tank T.

Consequently the surface 3a of water 3 is agitated continuously to prevent the tank 1 from freezing.
