      SOLUTION: Between internal and external teeth 3a and 4a of the outer rotor 3 and the inner rotor 4, an enclosure part 15 in which the volume of a pump chamber 6 formed there becomes the largest and an engagement part 16 where the volume of the pump chamber becomes the smallest are provided. A low pressure passage 17 communicated with atmospheric pressure is provided in the inner diameter direction of a cam ring 12 provided at an angular position of θin a range of 20-50° from a border line X connecting the enclosure part to the engagement part toward a delivery port 8. An opening part 17a at one end of the low pressure passage is opened/closed by an outer circumferential surface 3b of the outer rotor to balance pressure added to the outer rotor, thereby contact pressure between the teeth in the enclosure part is set proper.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve which can promote a reduction in manufacturing costs by facilitating processing and assembling works. SOLUTION: The solenoid valve 21 includes a movable core 24, a fixed core 25, and a coil unit 23 in a housing 22 which is formed nearly in a covered cylinder shape. The movable core is stored and held axially so as to slide. The fixed core is arranged axially below the movable core by facing the movable core and fittingly inserted so as to block the opening of the housing. The coil unit is arranged by spanning the peripheries of both counter ends of the fixed core and the movable core, and stored and arranged so as to surround the peripheral areas of both the counter ends. In the housing, a movable core retaining part 22c which slidably holds the other axial end of the movable core in is extended axially outside uniting with the edge of an outer end of a coil holding part 22b which holds the coil unit.
