摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of supply of a pressure fluid being necessary for moving a washing body cleaning the inside of a heat transfer tube of a heat exchanger and to shorten a working time. CONSTITUTION:A washing body is driven from a washing body driving nozzle 1 into a heat transfer tube 8 with a pressure fluid used as a driving force, and it is moved from one end of the heat transfer tube 8 to the other end thereof so as to clean the inside of the heat transfer tube 8 while it passes therethrough. An inside-tube pressure detector 2 detecting that the washing body 6 passes through the heat transfer tube from 8 from a fluid pressure inside the heat transfer tube 8, is provided. The passing of the washing body through the heat transfer tube 8 is checked up by this inside-tube pressure detector 2 and supply of the pressure fluid into the heat transfer tube 8 is stopped. According to this constitution, the supply of the pressure fluid can be stopped immediately when the washing body passes through the heat transfer tube, even when a monitor is absent, and a working time required for cleaning the inside of the heat transfer tube is shortened, while the amount of the pressure fluid to be used is reduced.

CONSTITUTION:Washing brushes 5 are supplied into a brush supplying hose 13 one by one, the washing brush 5 is fed into a brush striking nozzle 21 with pressure fluid, the brush striking nozzle 21 is selectively position set to a heat transfer pipe of a heat exchanger to be washed by an automatic brush striking device 25, and then the washing brush 5 is struck from the brush striking nozzle 21 into the heat transfer pipe 3 so as to perform the cleaning or washing operation. A brush probe device 34 having the washing brush 35 and probe 37 for flaw detection with eddy flow connected to each other is arranged within the brush striking nozzle 21 and then the brush probe device 34 is applied for flaw detection with eddy flow and recovered with a probe operating device 38 after washing the heat transfer pipe 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a working device in a water chamber for a heat exchanger, which permits the carrying of rails into the water chamber, assembling and setting works of the rails in the water chamber simply in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION:An opening 9 for elevating rails, which is openable, is provided at one part of a water chamber ceiling plate 8 and rail elevators 10 are attached to the vicinity of the opening 9. On the other hand, dividing type rails 11, 12 are employed and the rail is carried sequentially into the water chamber employing the rail elevators 10 while jointing the divided rails 11, 12 sequentially. Accordingly, the rails can be set without entering workers into the water chamber whereby the workers can be released from bad circumstance in the water chamber and the safety and security of the workers can be contrived easily.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the flaw detection of a heat transfer capillary tube of a heat exchanger even if the tubes are not disposed at a predetermined pitch. SOLUTION: A built up frame 1, a moving base 6 and a robot body 7 are conveyed from a manhole 5 into a condenser water chamber 2. The frame 1 is installed along a tube plate 3 in the chamber 2. The base 6 movable in an upward or downward direction is provided at the tube plate side on the frame 1, and further the body 7 movable in a rightward or leftward direction is mounted on the base 6. The base 6 is arbitrarily movable in the upward or downward direction, and the body 7 is arbitrarily movable in the horizontal direction. The flaw detecting probe of the body 7 is introduced into or retracted from the tube by a control board 14 installed out of the chamber while sequentially aligning the tube. Thus, an eddy current inspection can be automatically conducted for all the tubes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal stress in a joint sealing part of an optical waveguide body by coating the outer periphery of the optical waveguide body with a joint material to be softened and fused at a temperature lower than that of the optical waveguide body and including a thermal expansion coefficient difference between the joint material itself and a ceramic wired substrate for embedding the optical waveguide body within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A thousand thin optical fiber strands each of which consists of a core with high light transmissivity and a clad part are bound and respective clad parts of these strands are joined and fixed with each other. The outer periphery of the optical fiber flux 1 is coated with a glass tube 2 having almost the same heat softening property as that of the optical fiber flux 1 to form the optical waveguide substance. The outer periphery of the optical waveguide body is coated with the joint material 3. The joint material 3 is formed by a glass component softened and fused at a temperature lower than that of the optical waveguide body and having / deg.C difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the material 3 itself and the ceramic wired substrate for embedding the optical waveguide body. The thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramic wired substrate can be matched with that of the optical waveguide body by the joint material 3, so that a joint sealing part of the optical waveguide body can be prevented from crack generation.

The periphery of the stopper 28 and the perforated cylinder 29 are surrounded by a pressurized fluid passing part 30 having a diameter larger than the perforated cylinder 29.
