In addition, the method comprises a moisture condensation process to condense the moisture of the gas to be treated, in the first part of the acidic gas removal process. That is, the acidic gas contained in the gas is dissolved in a condensate generated by condensing the water vapor contained in the PFC decomposition exhaust gas, and then the complete removal of the acidic gas is achieved by adding a neutralizing agent into the exhaust gas.
