    • PURPOSE: To expel an unnecessary cleaning medium from the center of a container, then reduce the consumption of the cleaning medium or the volume of generated cleaning medium waste, and improve the cleaning performance by injecting the cleaning medium into a cleaning space sectioned by the container and a space forming member. CONSTITUTION: An inner lid 2 with a cleaning nozzle 19 is introduced, with a spacer 15 bracing the lid 2, into the interior of a container 1. In addition, at the bottom of the container 1, a pipe 13 for extracting a cleaning medium and a pipe 12 for injecting an air for stirring are arranged. Further, a pump 6 for circulating the cleaning medium is installed on a cleaning medium circulation line 14. A liquid 4 such as water is poured into the interior of the inner lid 2, if necessary, so that the liquid can balance the buoyancy of the inner lid 2 in the container 1. The flow of the cleaning medium in the container 1 is caused by the circulation of the cleaning medium by a pump 6, the consequent bleeding of the cleaning medium from a cleaning nozzle 19, or the injection of a compressed air from the pipe 12. After that, the cleaning medium is extracted from the pipe 13.

    • PURPOSE: To always set a mantissa part calculating result to an absolute value in a floating data adder by which a mantissa part is expressed by an absolute value, by previously deciding the size of the matissa parts of two inputs and subtracting the smaller mantissa fromthe larger mantissa when subtraction is made.
      CONSTITUTION: At the 1st state 2 of a pipeline constituted floating adder, separation-extraction of code data, separation-extraction and comparison of mantissa data, and separation-extraction and comparison of exponent characteristic data from data 1-2 of left input of the adder and data 1-3 of right input of the adder are performed. At the 2nd stage 3, decision of the addition and substraction modes, code of calculated results, decision of the calculation mode, and calculation of mantissa are performed. At the 3rd stage 4, a result of mantissa calculation from a register 34 is shifted rightward by 1-bit or leftward by the number of bits corresponding to the detecting shift number by a shifter 35 under the control of a normalized shift detecting circuit 32.

    • PURPOSE:To control a charging level to a constant value regardless of variance in the manufacture size of a container by employing a fitting means which makes the fitting part of a fixed charging hood part movable width matching the variance width of a container sufficiently when a level gauge is fitted to the fixed charged hood part. CONSTITUTION:When the container 11 such as a drum can is filled with liquid, a charging hook (fixed part) 3, a charging hood part bellows 6, and a charging hood (movable part) 12 are connected to the container 11 through a packing 10. When the level gauge 4 which has a level gauge sensor part 8 is installed in the charging hood 3, the charging hood 3 is fitted through a level gauge fitting part bellows 5, and also fitted to a charging hood 12 through a guide pipe 7 and a support 9 so that the tip of the sensor part 8 enters the container 11 by constant length at all times. The upper end part of the container 11 and the tip part of the sensor part 8 are fixed with a support 9 and a guide pipe 7, so they are always at the constant positions regardless of the shrinkage of the bellows part 6 due to the manufacture error of the container 11 and the charging amount is detected with the invariably constant level to stop charging.
