    • PURPOSE:To prevent a caking agent from absorbing moisture by automatically controlling opening and closing operations for a valve located above a ventilating line, that located above a dehumidified air injecting line and that located above a caking agent cutting line. CONSTITUTION:To feed a caking agent into a silo 1 from a caking agent inlet 5, a valve 6 located above a caking-agent cutting line is closed and a valve 7 located above a dehumidified air injecting line and a valve 8 located above a ventilating line are automatically closed, while a caking-agent loading valve 8 is opened using a site switch. Then, a ventilating system 4 is relieved to negative pressure and the inside of the silo 1 is sucked into the ventilating system 4 so that dust leaks from the inlet 5 can be prevented. To cut the caking agent, the valve 6 is opened and the valves 7, 8 are automatically opened and the caking agent is cut out and carried to a weighing roll 2 while dehumidified air is continuously injected from the lower portion of the silo 1. The silo 1 is connected to the ventilating system 4 and dehumidified air matching the amount of in-leak of ambient air is injected, so the leakage of moist ambient air is prevented and the caking agent can be prevented from absorbing moisture.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a rise in viscosity in a kneading tank for a kneaded matter, by a method wherein the state of kneaded matter of a solidifying agent, an additive and a radioactive waste and the like is checked directly and indirectly and an anti- hardening agent is added in case of abnormality to prevent hardening. CONSTITUTION:A solidification processing equipment is constituted of a solidifying agent silo 1, a solidifying agent weighing hopper 2, a kneading tank 3 and an adding water weighing tank 5. A fixed amount of a solidifying agent is supplied to a kneading tank 3 with a solidifying agent weighing hopper 2. The kneading tank 3 kneads a solidifying matter and an adding water thoroughly with a kneading/agitating device 4. Here, the viscosity of a kneaded matter is always measured with a viscosity measuring device 8 to be monitored with a viscosity control indicator 9, for which an upper limit value of the viscosity is set beforehand. When an input signal is given above the upper limit value, a full opening signal is outputted to an adding water outlet valve 6 and an adding water inlet valve 7 to inject the adding water into the kneading tank 3 as anti-hardening agent. This enables checking for the condition of the kneaded matter in the kneading tank thereby preventing a rise in viscosity.

    • PURPOSE:To make the preventing dispersing and adhesion of a solidifying paste possible by surrounding an electrode type level meter detector part detecting the injection amount of the solidifying paste, with a hollow cylinder vessel. CONSTITUTION:After adding water measured with a water meter 3 into a mixing tank 4, the solidification agent stored in a solidification agent silo 1 is measured with a solidification agent meter 2 and transported gradually into the mixing tank 4 and mixed with a stirrer 5 to form solidifying paste 10. The solidifying paste 10 is injected in a solidification vessel 9 charged with waste 8 through an injection pipe 7 by opening an injection valve 6. At this time an electrode type level meter 11 set for preventing overflow of the solidifying paste 10 out of the solidification vessel 9 controls the injection rate. A protection cylinder 12 surrounds the detector of the level meter 11 to prevent adhesion of the solidifying paste 10 due to dispersion during the injection. A washing valve 14 supplies washing water for washing the level meter 11 to which solidifying paste 10 adhered.
