    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-series battery control system that allows an address setting of an individual integrated circuit to be performed without using wirings and confirming that the address setting is properly performed.SOLUTION: In a multi-series battery control system, a battery control device: outputs an initialization signal for initializing addresses of all integrated circuits to initial values to the first integrated circuit; and, subsequently, outputs an address setting message including: transfer data; a data generation command that commands generating new transfer data from the transfer data on the basis of a predetermined data generation rule; and an address setting command that commands the address setting on the basis of the predetermined address setting rule, the command-execution target address being the initial value, to the first integrated circuit. Each integrated circuit transmits the received address setting message as it is when the command-execution target address is different from an own address.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple series battery control system which can perform the address setting of each integrated circuit without wiring. SOLUTION: The multiple battery control system includes a battery cell group, where a plurality of battery cells connected in series constitute a unit, an integrated circuit, which controls the battery cell group corresponding to it, and a controller, which transfers a signal wit each integrated circuit.
