摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caloric power-generating plant having a power-generating output of medium and low volume (a power-generating output of a single unit of power-generating device is in a range of 100MW-class to 400MW-class) and a boiler used for it.SOLUTION: Conditions of steam generated by a boiler and supplied to a steam turbine are subcritical pressure and high temperature (a turbine inlet temperature of 593°C or more). For example, the subcritical pressure high temperature caloric power-generating plant is constituted by a combustion boiler facility, steam turbine power-generating facility and condensed water supplying facility and the like. The boiler facility is constituted by a coal pulverizer, burner, furnace, spiral water wall pipe, fuel economizer, high temperature super-heater, high temperature reheater, and steam separator and the like. A tilt angle of the spiral water wall pipe is set to 10 to 20 degree.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain variation of a gas-turbine exhaust gas temperature and minimize reduction of an evaporation amount during load reduction, by adjusting a gas turbine exhaust gas amount returned to a compressor inlet in order to restrain reduction of the gas-turbine exhaust gas temperature following the load reduction of a combined plant. SOLUTION: In a combined cycle plant consisting of a gas turbine 3, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 4, and a steam turbine 5, electric power is determined by using a fuel amount control valve 7 for controlling a fuel amount injected into a combustor 2 and a recirculation amount controlling means 10 as operation ends, and by adjusting opening by a total controlling device 8. In this total controlling device 8, a function generator FG1 derives an output signal S1 according to a load requiring signal Ld, and a function generator FG2 estimates a combustion temperature from an exhaust gas temperature and a compressor outlet pressure. The output signal S1 is modified from the estimated value, and based on the modified output signal, the recirculation amount controlling means 10 is controlled through an adjuster PI3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a coal gasifying power plant employing an oxygen oxidizing type coal gasifying furnace. CONSTITUTION:A gas turbine device comprises an air compressor 1, a combustor 2, a gas turbine 3, and a gas turbine generator 4. An air gas separating device 10 separates air into oxygen and nitrogen and feeds oxygen to a coal gasifying furnace 5 to perform gasification. Since even after nitrogen separated by the air separating device 10 is boosted by a nitrogen gas compressor 113, the temperature thereof is lower than the outlet temperature of the compressor 1, heat- exchange is effected by means of a turbine cooling air cooler 114. A nitrogen gas piping from a fuel gas feed pipe 112 and the air separating device 10 is joined in a position before the combustor 2, nitrogen gas from the air separating device 10 is also fed to the combustor 2. This constitution reduces a gas turbine cooling air temperature and reduces a cooling air amount, whereby the efficiency of a coal gasifying power plant employing an oxygen oxidizing system coal gasifying furnace can be improved.

SOLUTION: A pipeline by which the discharge side of an air compressor 1 is connected to the exhaust part of a gas turbine 2 and an extracted air flow control valve 41 on this pipeline are provided, so that a part of compressed air is not supplied to a pressurized fluid bed boiler 14 by releasing the extracted air flow control valve 41 during the fall of load. The opening degree of the extracted air flow control valve 41 is controlled according to a load request signal commanded by the pressurized fluid bed plant. When the load is lowered, the change characteristics of the transient flow rate and pressure of a compressed air supply system are previously obtained, and the extracted air flow rate of the air compressor 1 is precendently controlled depending on the rate of change during the fall of load. Thus, the delay of the pressure and flow rate of the compressed air supply system relative to the flow rate of the discharge air of the air compressor 1 can be set to a value within a prescribed range.

The steam from the exit of the high pressure turbine 19 is used as gas turbine cooling steam. By installing a new turbine in addition to steam turbines 19, 20, 21, and expanding heat recovery steam obtained, the energy contained in the heat recovery steam is not lost. It is thus possible to effectively convert the energy contained, in the heat recovery steam at the high temperature part of the gas turbine into a power.

The steam of a steam turbine 20 is partly extracted and supplied to the combined part 300 through a cooling steam supply pipe 31. A cooling medium exhaust pipe 34 is released from an exhaust valve 35, or returned to the reheating steam turbine 20 through a cooling steam return pipe 32. At the time of starting a combined plant, the compressed air is supplied to the cooling hole, and after steam generation, the steam is supplied to the cooling hole, whereby the plant can be operated with a safe cooling system without lowering the efficiency of the plant.
