摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document browsing navigation method supporting even a user having little experience such that the user can efficiently browse a document.
SOLUTION: When using a document management system 1, the user is specified by use of a user registration database 13, a history that the user reads the document is stored in a browsing history database 14 together with a user name, and browsing order information of other documents which the user browses before and after is stored according to the browsing history. A similarity degree between the present user and the past user is found from the browsing order database 15 and the user registration database 13, and information about other documents closely related to the documents to be browsed before and after is generated from the user's similarity degree and the browsing order information of the browsing order database 14 as browsing navigation information and is exhibited when the user browses the document.
