    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display related information on systems and/or equipment by displaying the solid structure of a plant three-dimensionally, displaying the operation status of equipment, the flow status of cooling water in piping, and the like, and performing display while relating a display screen to a design screen and/or ITV image. SOLUTION: For the data of a three-dimensional plant design data storage part 1, a three-dimensional CAD in designing can be utilized. A plurality of ITV cameras 31 are installed at a plant, and an ITV image capture part 32 captures the image of the camera 31 periodically and stores it at an ITV image storage part 3. Data required for predetermined plant operation is stored at a plant data storage part 4. The data of a corresponding relationship storage part 6 indicates the relationship between equipment and piping in a three- dimensional display and equipment and piping on a design drawing and an ITV image and is created in advance. The corresponding relationship data is used when the display screen of the design drawing and/or ITV image display screen is to be displayed in addition to the three-dimensional display screen by a display control part 5.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a system in which a pointing position detecting means is not hindered by a silhouette, etc., by detecting a laser light of a pointing device, which transmits through the display surface of a projection type large display device, and deciding an indicated position. CONSTITUTION:From a pointing device 11, an infrared layer light 12 is outputted. The display surface 21 of a projection type large display device is constituted of a material for allowing the laser light to transmit through it easily. A projector 22 of the projection type large display device is installed in the rear of the display surface 21. An infrared camera 3 is installed in a position where the camera is not hindered for displaying an image by the projector 22 being in the rear of the display surface 21. An image processor 4 decides what position of the display surface 21 the infrared laser light 12 transmits through (a pointing position by the pointing device 11), based on an image in the rear of the display surface 21 photographed by the infrared camera 3. A computer 5 displays an indicating cursor 6 in the pointing position decided by the image processor 4.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the redundancy controllers by fetching the control signals from these controllers synchronized with each other and obtaining the step-out time among those control signals to decide the controller that transmits an abnormal signal. CONSTITUTION:The tripled controllers 1a to 1c fetch the output signals 14a to 14c from a sensor 5 respectively and transmit these signals to a signal selector 3 as the control signals after the arithmetic processing. The selector 3 decides the input signals 15a to 15c by majority and transmits these signals to a control subject device 4 as the operating signals. In this case, the arithmetic processors 10a to 10c of the controllers 1a to 1c fetch the signals 14a to 14 from the sensor 5 and transmit them to the abnormality deciding circuits 13a to 13c as the control signals 15a to 15c. Then the circuits 13 obtain the step-out time among those control signals and decide the abnormal one of those controllers 1a to 1c to send this abnormal controller to the display devices 2a to 2c. Thus it is possible to decide the abnormality by another nondefective means even though an abnormality diagnosing means of a relevant system has a trouble.

    • PURPOSE:To allow a scanning apparatus to smoothly run along a bent pipe part, by changing the rigidity and shape of the connecting body in the bent pipe part according to the position thereof. CONSTITUTION:Each axial direction running body 2 of a scanning apparatus is constituted of the base 21 surrounding piping 3 and the axial direction drive mechanism 22 fixed to the base 21. A plurality of the running bodies 2 are connected by rigidity variable connectors 1, and three drive mechanisms 22 and three connectors 1 are provided at symmetric positions so as to surround the piping 3. During a time when the running bodies 2 are positioned at the straight pipe part of the piping 3, the postures of the running bodies 2 to the piping 3 and the shapes of the connectors 1 are held as shown by a drawing. When the posture sensor mechanism 23 provided to the running bodies 2 detects that the running bodies 2 enter the bent pipe part of the piping 3, the connector 1 positioned on the side of the abdominal part of the bent pipe part is changed. That is, the sensors 23 control the postures of the running bodies 2 so as to make the same always vertical to the piping 3 and, after it is confirmed that the running bodies 2 become vertical to the piping 3, by providing rigidity to the connectors 1 to hold the postures of the running bodies 2, the piping can be inspected while the running bodies are allowed to stably run along the bent pipe part.
