SOLUTION: A vehicle control device includes: an angular speed detecting means 8 for detecting the angular speed of a steering wheel; a torque difference generating means 7 for generating a torque difference between right and left wheels 4RL, 4RR; and a control means 11 for determining a target value of torque difference based on the steering wheel angular speed from the angular speed detecting means 8 and controlling the torque difference generating means 7.
