SOLUTION: When the vehicle speed is increased from such a low speed mentioned above, the target throttle opening is corrected according to the characteristic of the engine, and is outputted to the engine control part as a corrected/ controlled target throttle opening. As a result, the acceleration from the low speed as mentioned can be smoothly performed by transmitting the corrected target throttle opening to the engine control part without specially modifying the engine control part.

At this time, by preventing reverse-current from passing through the coil of the relay 111 with a diode 113, the contact of the relay 111 is turned off to shut down the current passage of a load and prevents a load from coming into action, even when a battery 3 is in opposite contact. As a result the relay 111 can be controlled if no power supply is made due to breakage of power bus, so that shutting down and connecting of a load power supply shutdown circuit 110a are conducted.
