    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain indoor installment radio equipment being excellent in mainte nance property and handling property with excellent arrangement environment by realizing a case structure with a superior heat radiating characteristic in order to realize small, thin and lightweight equipment being suitable for indoor installment. SOLUTION: A power source part 2 and a radio part 3 are mounted on a shield case 14 in an almost plane shape, a control part 4 is mounted so as to face the radio part 3 and, then, the equipment is made to be thin. Heat generated from the power source part 2 and the radio part 3 is stored inside the case as a structure for radiating heat with a heat radiating fin 14 arranged in the shield case 5. The shield case 14 is provided with a structure with a high heat radiating effect, by which air for cooling the heat radiating fin is smoothly made to pass through, by its mounting with a small tilt θ as against an equipment arrangement surface 18. Besides, a partitioning wall 17 is disposed between the shield case 5 and a lower case 7 to prevent the invasion of dust or the like to a circuit part so that safety in equipment is enhanced.

CONSTITUTION:The periphery of electronic parts 9 mounted on a circuit board 8 is protected and coated with a potting synthetic resin 10, fixed into a die cavity, and by injecting a synthetic resin, a housing 1 and the circuit board 8 are formed integrally. Thereafter, by using hard and soft synthetic resins in different processes, a dial unit part 2 formed by a two-stage forming method is fixed to an integral formed part and the moving body radio terminal is manufactured. In such a way, since the circuit board 8 on which electronic parts are mounted and the housing 1 are formed integrally, the capacity efficiency is improved and the waterproof effect is promoted. Also, since an assembling work can be curtailed, the cost reduction is realized. Moreover, since the electronic parts are protected and coated, at the time of integral forming and at the time thermal shock test, such a problem as peeling-off, etc., is not generated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the wiring space and prevent the interference between wirings by arranging terminal boards on the rear sides of a plurality of units in a housing, dividing the space formed on the rear sides of the units in the direction of the depth, and arranging the wirings while classifying according to the function. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of units 2 are kept in a housing vertically. The terminal board 3 on the rear side of each unit 2 has a connecting device 5 for an outside line cable 4 and a connecting device 7 for the connecting cables 6 between the units 2. Wiring space is formed in the rear of each unit 2, and divided into two in the direction of its depth. The cables 6 between the units 2 are arranged nearer to the terminal boards 3, and the outside line cable 4 is arranged and wired in the rear while being separated from the cables 6. Besides, a plurality of cable fixing and supporting devices 9 are provided between a right and left side-boards not shown in order to bind the rising part of the cable 4. And, this reduces the wiring space, prevents the inductive interference between the wirings, and facilitates the maintenance and inspection.
