    • PURPOSE:To enable generating the clock having a frequency corresponding to a transmission rate by correcting a deviated amount with a correction device in the case the oscillation frequency of an oscillator is not an integer multiple of the frequency of the transmission rate. CONSTITUTION:A speed control circuit 13 allows a disk 1 to be rotated by a motor 2 via a driving circuit 4 under the control of a system control microcomputer 16. At the same time, the system control microcomputer 16 reads out the signal having the pulse width of the integer multiple of the cycle T of a frequency f1 corresponding to the transmission rate from the disk 1 with a pickup 5 by driving and controlling the pickup 5 via a pickup servo 3 and inputs this as an input signal to a CD signal processing circuit 15 via a preamplifier 6. The circuit 15 operates with the clock obtained by frequency-dividing the output of an oscillator 9 having an oscillation frequency F2 which is not the integer multiple of the frequency f1 corresponding to the transmission rate. Then, the digital generation circuit of a clock generating circuit 10 generates the clock having the frequency f1 from the output of the oscillator having the oscillation frequency F2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with standard speed reproduction in an N-time faster high speed operation mode as well as an intermittent access caused by track-jumping in a conventional CD reproduction system.
      SOLUTION: A disk reproducing device is provided with a memory 11 for writing data reproduced from a disk 1 and time information together in correspondence, and another external memory 15. A time difference between data 17 to be finally outputted and data 13 under access is detected in a time information detection circuit 18 of an address control circuit 19 to detect the overflow and underflow of the external memory 15. The write of the external memory 15 is controlled on the basis of the detected result. The correctly connected and continued data 17 are obtained at the time of output by absorbing the time difference between a system operation speed and a data output speed even in the case of performing the intermittent access by controlling a pickup 4.
