The stator includes a plurality of stator units having first conductive members to be grounded, cores, bobbins and wiring wound to the bobbins in a circumferential direction. The bobbin includes a flange part formed between the wiring and the rotor. The first conductive member is arranged between the flange part and the rotor to come into contact with the core. When projected from the shaft direction, the wiring is formed so that the projected part of the portion wound to the bobbin is on the inner side than the projected part of the flange part, and the first conductive member is formed so that the projected part of the first conductive member is included in the projected part of the flange part.
