A superheating removal heater 5a is disposed in the reheat system 8 and heats steam flowing down through the reheat system 8 by using the superheated steam extracted from the steam turbine 1. A feed water heater 4a is provided for heating steam by the superheating removal heater 5a and heating feed water flowing down through the feed water system 10 by steam with a superheating degree reduced.
