PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump system inhibiting bearing lubricating water from being boiled and inhibiting the deterioration of the reliability of a bearing, a lubricating water temperature adjusting method and an operating method thereof.
SOLUTION: In the heat pump system provided with an evaporator 43 producing steam and a compressor 34 including a compressor first stage 33 and a second stage 32 which are a plurality of compression means compressing steam, a water bearing is used for a bearing 51 bearing the compressor 34 and lubricating water in the water bearing 51 is kept in a saturation temperature corresponding to pressure in the water bearing 51.
