    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to mix fuel and air uniformly to attain uniform combustion and extremely reduce NOX and make compact the size of a burner by allowing high temperature gas to be injected into a combustion chamber in the shape of sheet and heating air to flow in contact with and in parallel to said high temperature gas fuel thus injected. CONSTITUTION:The gas fuel which has entered an outer cylinder 6 is heated by heating air in a linear part from a fuel pipe 2 and further reheated at the outer wall of a tail cylinder 5 so that the fuel gas may reach an ignition temperature. The heating gas fuel is injected into an inner cylinder 1 which is a combustion chamber from a slit of a fuel nozzle 3 in a radial and slit-shaped manner. The heating air flows in longitudinally and uniformly from the upper stream side of the inner cylinder 1 and flows in contact with the sheet-shaped stream in parallel, which produces a strong shearing layer and generates fluid vibration so that a strong mixing phenomenon may be produced, thereby promoting uniform mixing of the air. Since the fuel gas temperature has risen to the ignition temperature already, combustion is caused by its collision against oxygen molecules where uniform combustion takes place by uniforming the mixing, which makes it possible embody very low NOX.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the shaking-rotating vibration of a combustor, and not to restrain the thermal elongation and deformation of components of the combustor by supporting an outlet of a internal drum on an inlet of a tail drum and the inlet of the tail drum on a supporting drum by plate springs of a particular shape that are fitted free to slide in the axial and peripheral directions of the combustor. CONSTITUTION:A combustor consists of an internal drum 1, a tail drum 2, an external drum 3, external frame 4, and a combustion nozzle 5 with a turning device. On each end of wing parts that are extended diagonally on the same side from the middle part and from the both sides of the middle part and are curved, a pressed round parts 11 is formed, and the round part has a sectional shape of convex arc on the opposite sides of the middle part in view of the section perpendicularly intersecting with the center line of the wing part. The plate springs are inserted between the periphery surface of the tail drum inlet 6 and internal surface of the supporting drum 3', and between the periphery surface of internal drum inlet 7 and the internal surface of tail drum inlet, distributing them around peripheries. The plate springs are fitted so as to slide in the axial and peripheral directions against the supporting drum, the tail drum, and the internal drum. Thereby, even though the pressure- vibration of vibrating-combustion in rotation mode acts on the internal drum and the tail drum, those drums rotate shakingly without any restraint because the plate springs are free to deform elastically, causing the vibration to be diminished. The thermal stress is not produced because the elongation of the internal drum and the tail drum in the axial direction is not restrained completely.

    • PURPOSE:To execute the practical conversion quite freely between electrical energy related to an electric amplifier and mechanical oscillation energy related to a vibrator regardless of the status of the oscillation by providing a band-pass filter before a digital delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:The titled converter forms a feedback circuit consisting of a part 3 to detect the vibration of a vibrator 1 electrically, the band-pass filters 4, 5 to extract the main components of the vibration of said detected signal, the digital delay circuits 6, 7 to delay output signals from the respective filters independently by an arbitrary time, the power amplifier 8 to synthesize a delayed signal and amplify it, and an exciter 9 to excite the vibrator 1 with an amplified signal. By suitably setting the delay time of the delay circuits 6, 7 and the frequency ranges of the band-pass filters 4, 5 corresponding to a predicted oscillation status of the vibrator, a feedback circuit is operated, so that electrical energy from the amplifier 8-side and the mechanical oscillation energy from the vibrator 1-side can be freely converted with each other. As a result, noises that is apt to occur in the feedback circuit can be prevented, and the energy conversion can be effectively attained.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to protect the top end and side wall of a nozzle arranged protrusively in a burning chamber from the overheating due to a high temperature burning gas by a method wherein a fuel is flowed uniformly along the inner surface other than the top end part thereof for a convection forced cooling caused by the structure having impingement cooling effect. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle core top end 18 and an outer pipe top end 19 are formed into a spherical shape, a fuel inlet hole 20 is extended to the nozzle top end 18 at the central part of a nozzle core 16. An outer pipe 17 is mounted for forming a channel 22 and a space 23 between the outer pipe 17 and a core outer wall 21 of the nozzle core 16. A low temperature fuel flowed through the fuel inlet hole 20 is flowed out from the core top end 18, then flowed back through the channel 22 with striking the inner surface of the outer pipe top end 19, injected into an annular burning chamber 7 through plural fuel injecting holes 24. The heat resistance is made larger by providing the space 23, the heat flux produced in the core 16 is restrained under small condition, accordingly, the temperature gradient between the core outer wall 21 and the inner wall of the fuel inlet hole 20 is made small and the generation of thermal stress can be restrained.
