    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent aerial flash discharge and deterioration of an insulating member by forming the insulating member into a ring shape, fitting a protruding discharging electrode to an insulation inside, and forming a discharging route at a distant position from the surface running along the insulating member, thereby suppressing induced surge voltage at a discharging interval in the insulating member. SOLUTION: In this insulation flange of a gas insulation switching device, an insulation spacer 3 is jointed between the flange 1a of a metallic container 1 and the flange 2a of a metallic container 2, and an insulating member 9 with a discharging clearance built in is formed between a stud bolt 4 and the flange 2a and is fixed with a metallic nut 7 through a metallic washer 6. The insulating member 9 with a discharging clearance built in is formed with ring-shaped insulating members 9a, 9b to have insulation and discharging interval, at the upper and lower parts of which an upper electrode 10a and a lower electrode 10b are formed which has a stud bolt insertion hole in the middle part and whose outer periphery is formed into a protruding shape, and a discharging interval 11 is formed for integration. It is thus possible to prevent flash discharge at the insulation flange and insulation deterioration due to discharging of the insulating member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress potential vibration suitably, by connecting a plurality of windings in series, and providing capacitors having the specified values in parallel at the winding on the high voltage side of the high-voltage winding, which generates one voltage. SOLUTION: A high voltage winding connects a high voltage side winding 1 linked to a high voltage terminal and a winding 2 on the grounding side in series. A high voltage terminal conductor 3 is located at the center of the high voltage side winding. Intermediate connecting conductors 4 are taken out from both ends of the high voltage side winding 1. Then potential vibration suppressing capacitors 14 and 15 are provided in parallel between the high voltage terminal conductor 3 and the intermediate connecting conductor 14. Furthermore, as the potential vibration suppressing capacitors 14 and 15, ceramic capacitors are used or oil immersed capacitors are used in the case of especially an oil-immersed transformer. Furthermore, the capacitance component of the zinc oxide element having the excellent nonlinearity is also used. A plurality of the ceramic capacitors and the zinc oxide element are contained in an insulated tube so that these parts are readily attached between the winding terminals.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a measurement diagnostic device capable of proper operation at all times even under cold environment by causing the power supply of an external memory device to be turned on, as soon as temperature reaches proper service level. CONSTITUTION:A power switch SW1 is turned on, thereby exciting a relay coil 2 via a closed bimetal 1, and closing the 'a' contact 3 of a relay. Also, power is thereby supplied to a heater 4 and a lamp 5, and the heater 4 generates heat. On the other hand, the 'b' contact 7 of the relay opens due to the excitation of the coil 2, and no power is supplied to a hard disk. When the temperature of the hard disk reaches level within a service temperature range and the bimetal 1 opens, the excitation of the coil 2 is stopped and the contact 3 opens, while the contact 7 closes. As a result, current to the heater 4 and the lamp 5 is interrupted, and power supply to the hard disk begins. According to this construction, power is supplied, only when the temperature of the hard disk is within a proper range. Thus, the proper startup of the hard disk can be ensured, thereby enabling measurement diagnosis or the like to be undertaken.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an enclosed vessel by laying out a plurality of component groups in the enclosed vessel, allowing each component group to have a plurality of column-shaped laminated articles respectively and face the adjoining components groups with the column-shaped multilayered members and forcing each of the opposed column-shaped multilayered bodies to equalize the potential at each position in their lamination direction. CONSTITUTION:Groups of components 100, 200, 300 and 400, which comprise three column-shape multilayered bodies respectively, are laid out an enclosed vessel into which an insulation medium is sealed. These groups 100, 200, 300 and 400 are adapted to set up laid out their single column-shaped multilayered body respectively on a virtual circle which envelops the center of the enclosed vessel. At the same time, they laid out in such a fashion that their adjoining component groups and tow column-shaped multilayered bodies may be opposed to each other in their proximity respectively. The opposed column-shaped multilayered bodies are constituted by forming insulation spacers 3 of zinc oxide devices 2 in such a fashion that each part in their vertical direction may be virtually the same potential.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain high reliability of supplying power to a more important load and to obtain an industrial power source system having economical bus structure and non-utility generator by dividing a single bus to a plurality of sections, integrally providing a load of high importance at an inner bus, and connecting the non-utility generator thereto. CONSTITUTION:A power source system has single buses 3, 4, 5 divided into two transformers 1, 2, an important load 6, general loads 7, 8, a control board 30, and a non-utility generator 31. If the transformer 1 break down, a breaker 26 is closed under the control of the board 30, and power is not stopped to the load 6. Further, if both the transformers 1, 2 break down, an industrial power source system is disconnected from a power transmission system under the similar control to the above, the generator 31 is started, and a breaker 27 is closed. Accordingly, power is not stopped to the load 6. Thus, the reliability of supplying power to the load of high importance can be improved, and the output capacity of the generator has a capacity enough to supply power to the load of high importance.
