    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the manufacture and setting for any plug for closing of die holes by placing still an ordinary die punch and die with their upper and lower relations being reversed, penetrating and holding the thin paper blanked by the both to and by the punch to prevent the leakage of fluid silicone rubber before setting through minute gaps and doing others. On the other hand, the thin paper 2 blanked beforehand by the die punch and die is penetrated through the punch 8 and is placed on the top surface of the stripper to seal the minute gap between the punch 8 and stripper 7. Next, a block 12 and rubber ring 3 of a hollow section are placed on the stripper 7 and fluid silicone rubber 4 mixed with a hardener for mold taking is poured in the spacing formed. Next, when the die 13 is lowered until the die surface contacts the block 12, the silicone rubber 4 is filled in the cavity of the necessary portions of punch 8 and die hole 1 without leaking out to the lower side and periphery.

    • PURPOSE:To join the surfaces to be joined of two base metals by utilizing an eutectic reaction without generating voids in the joint part by interposing an insert material which induces the eutectic reaction between said surfaces and forming a melt liquid phase in an atmosphere contg. much oxygen. CONSTITUTION:A thin sheet 12 consisting of a material contg. an element which induces the eutectic reaction with a base metal 10 and a base metal 11 is inserted as the insert material between the two base metals and the surfaces to be joined are brought into contact with each other in an oxygen atomsphere under contact pressure P1. The contact surfaces are heated to the temp. above the eutectic temp. A melt liquid 14 by the eutectic reaction begins to be formed from the contact point 13 between the base metals and the insert material and the base metals begin to melt. The oxidized surface films 15 on the base metal surfaces are broken down and are incorporated into the liquid 14. The oxygen filled into the space 16 between the contact surfaces of the base metals reacts with the components in the liquid 14 and forms an oxide 17. The insert material is thoroughly consumed and the eutectic reaction ends.

    • PURPOSE: To provide tenacity to a joined part without deforming base metals by sandwiching an insert material between metallic members, heating the same under pressure to force the eutetic part to the outside of fayed surfaces, and forming a primary crystal in the joined part.
      CONSTITUTION: An insert material is sandwiched between metallic members 4, 4, and these are heated to the eutetic temp. of the insert material or the temp. below the liquidus of the main component metal. The insert material is of an alloy having an eutectic point at temps. lower than the m.p. of the joined metals 4, 4, and having the hypoeutectic structure wherein the primary crystal and eutectic of the main component metal mix. Further when the joined part is pressurized, an autectic phase 2 turns to melt, and is forced to the outside of fayed surfaces. A primary crystal phase 1 remains in the joined part by burying the recess in the fayed surfaces and the joined part is strongly and toughly joined by means of the primary crystal phase 1.
