    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which secures high reliability on the trouble of a network by securing the real time nature of control information even if media information is transmitted at the same time, in the mobile network of a rolling stock. SOLUTION: An NCP11 in the first system is connected to a trunk transmission path 1N in the first system via a switching hub 12 in the first system. It is connected to an equipment controller 15 in the first system, an equipment controller 25 in the second system, and a switching hub 22 in the second system via a control information transmitter 13 in the first system. It is connected to information equipment 16 in the first system via a media information transmitter 14 in the first system. The second system is the same. A switching hub 2 transmits control information preferentially when it receives the control information and the media information. A control information transmitter 3 receives data from two trunk transmission paths N, and transmits the data from the same system as a local station to an equipment controller 5. When the transmission is interrupted in one trunk transmission path N by trouble, it relays the data that the other trunk transmission path N has received to the trunk transmission path N where the transmission is interrupted. By a by-pass means 10 of the transmitting device N, the transmission lines Oa and Ob are by-passed from the devices 1-N and the relation of the devices 1-N and the double transmission line is switched by a channel switching means 20. By a constitution control means 40, the detection of the trouble position is executed, the means 20 is controlled and the information transmission of the means 40 between the devices 1-N is executed by an information transmitting means 30. When a master station detects the trouble, the means 40 of respective devices 1-N instructs the sending of a supervising signal.
