      SOLUTION: A plurality of stripes 241 formed by the same material and process as those of a black matrix are arranged in each of a red phosphor 21 and a blue phosphor 23 to relatively lower the transmittance of the red phosphor 21 and that of the blue phosphor 23 with respect to that of a green phosphor 22. The transmittance of the red phosphor 21 is set lower than that of the blue phosphor 23. Thereby, a white color temperature of 9,300 K is achieved.
