    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic spacers mounting system for a field emission display, which mounts many spacers having a high aspect ratio on a panel, and a mounting method thereof.SOLUTION: An automatic spacers mounting system comprises: a horizontal arraying device 20 which arrays a plurality of spacers in a horizontal arraying pallet 21; a reversing device 30 which couples a posture changing pallet to the horizontal arraying pallet 21 such that the posture changing pallet faces the horizontal arraying pallet 21, and which rotates it by 180 degrees; a working table which is disposed below an inserting guide 50 comprising a plurality of guiding holes 51, and which holds a panel on which glue is sprayed; a first loader 60 which moves the reversing device 30 above the inserting guide 50 to insert the plurality of spacers into the plurality of guiding holes 51; a pressing chuck 80 comprising a plurality of pressing pins for pressing the spacers inserted in the guiding holes, against the panel; a second loader 70 which inserts the pressing pins into the guiding holes 51; and a controller 90 which controls the reversing device 30, the first loader 60, and the second loader 70.
