    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition suppressing defective disconnection caused by resist breakage.
      SOLUTION: The printing ink composition is used in a method for letterpress reversed offset comprising a coating layer-forming step of coating the top surface of a base material for forming the coating layer with the printing ink composition and forming the coating layer of the printing ink composition, a removing step of bringing the coating layer into contact with a letterpress of a prescribed shape, transferring the coating layer to protruding parts of the letterpress and removing the coating layer and a transfer step of transferring the coating layer remaining on the base material for forming the coating layer to a substrate. The printing ink composition comprises (A) a resin soluble in an organic solvent and (B) the organic solvent. The printing ink composition has ≤25.0 MPa Vickers hardness of the coating layer of the printing ink composition after forming the coating layer of the printing ink composition on the base material for forming the coating layer and then removing the solvent.
