    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape of a terminal used for connection to leading wires led from the electrical component of a vehicle alternator, which is suitable for a Tig welding method (a non-consumable electrode gas shield arc welding method) and can be welded to the terminals to be connected of the leading wires without being affected by dimensional accuracy between the terminals to be connected.
      SOLUTION: A terminal having this shape is formed in a cross shape of which the extended portions are formed at a position close to the welding portion of the terminal such that they have a lager area than that of the welding portion, then it makes possible to control the penetration depth of welding because the terminal has a larger volume, then lager heat capacity than those of the welding portion, which also makes the penetration depth stable without being affected by dimensional accuracy between terminals to be connected. As an extended portion for welding is bent toward a terminal to be connected, the terminal can be easily aligned as well as a melting-amount-limitation effect can be controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noise, by a method wherein a fine pore, intercommunicating the atmosphere side and the suction port side, is formed between a check valve, situated to the suction port, and a negative pressure device, air is always leaked in a casing, and gahtering of lubricating oil occurring in the vicinity of a delivery port is prevented from occurring, and a reverse flow is prevented from production. CONSTITUTION:A casing 3 and a check valve 8, preventing production of the reverse flow of lubricating oil, serving to lubricate slide between a rotor 4 and a vane 6, and air in the casing 3 to the negative pressure device side, are situated to the portion of a suction port 1. A fine pore 9, causing air to always flow in the casing 1 therethrough, is provided between the check valve 8 and the negative pressure device. As a result, by always leaking air in the casing 3, gathering of lubricating oil occurring in the vicinity of a delivery port 2 can be prevented from occurring, the thereby the reverse flow of lubricating oil during a highmost vacuum state is prevented from production, resulting in the possibility to completely prevent the generation of noise produced due to a reverse flow.

And the casing 1, forming said recess 12 in the direction of rotation of a rotor 2 to be started with a part of the angle theta overlapping with the position of a delivery port 5 and the recess 12 to be ended to the predetermined angle theta in the side of a suction port 4, is formed so that an end part of the recess, adjacent to a suction side low pressure chamber 6, can provide a surface seal with the peripheral surface of the rotor 2. In this way, a useless compression stroke of fluid in the fine gap l, as viewed in the past by a vane 3 after it passes through an end point P of the delivery port 5, can be eliminated because the delivery port 5 is provided in a range of the angle theta of the recess 12. As a result, the casing 1, which can suppress a leak of the fluid from a delivery side high pressure chamber 7 to the suction side low pressure chamber 6, enables pump performance to be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of piping for supplying oil and to prevent deterioration in composition of the exhaust gas by a construction wherein a hysteresis clutch is provided between the end of rotary shaft of a rotor in the hynamo section and the end of rotary shaft of a pump rotor so as to provide the unitized structure. CONSTITUTION:The rotating force of an engine drives a pulley 1 and its driving torque rotates through a shaft 2 a primary coupling 3 of a hysteresis type electromagnetic coupling, the coupling 3 having a permanent magnet. A fan 4 is thus rotated to suck air in the interior of a charging dynamo 10 for vehicles, thereby to cool internal apparatus. The air sucked by the fan 4 further cools a secondary coupling 7 and an oilless vacuum pump 8. The oilless pump 8 is so constructed that a pump rotor 12 mounted on a rotary shaft is interposed between a mounting metal fitting 22 and a plate housing therein a gas sealing material 13. The left end of the rotary shaft is fixed to a hysteresis clutch 7 on the hysteresis material side thereof.
