    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft and thin copper alloy wire having high attenuation characteristics and conductivity, and a high flex life even when a soft copper material is used, and to provide a soft and thin copper alloy plate, a cable for a moving body using the soft and thin copper alloy wire, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The cable for a moving body has a central conductor, an insulation layer applied to the outer periphery thereof, and a jacket layer having an outer conductor on the outer periphery of the insulation layer and applied to the outer periphery thereof. Either the central conductor and/or the outer conductor contains an additive element selected from a group consisting of Mg, Zr, Nb, Ca, V, Ni, Mn, Ti and Cr, and the remainder consists of inevitable impurities and a thin copper alloy, i.e. copper, where the average crystal grain size from the surface down to a depth of 50 μm is 20 μm or less.
