SOLUTION: It is possible to simplify a manufacturing facility of a car body frame having a vibration-proofing structure and to easily manufacture the car body frame having the vibration-proofing structure by eliminating a device especially to compress the vibration-proofing block as it is possible to use pressure for spot welding for compression of the vibration-proofing block since the compressing direction of the vibration-proofing block and the pressurizing direction of spot welding are the same, for example, in case of spot welding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an intaking device by providing air intaking passages of which the front and the rear end surfaces are open in the upper surfaces of fenders, and coupling them to an engine air cleaner in the intaking device for a vehicle, as stated in the title, having a pair of front wheels in the right and the left and fenders. CONSTITUTION:An air intaking passage 8 is provided in the inside of a front bonnet 5 across the bonnet 5, and it is integrally coupled to air intaking passages 9, 9 in the right and the left of front fenders 6l, 6r in the right and the left. Accordingly, accompanying with the running of a vehicle, air flows into the passages 9 from an air intaking port 10, and it is drawn in into the intaking passage 8 by means of the suction negative pressure of an engine. And the air enters into an air cleaner 14 through distributed passages 13, 13 to clean it, and further enters into the engine through an intake manifold 15 and a carburetor 16. Excessive air passes into an exit 11. By this constitution, it is possible to simplify the structure of an intaking device.

SOLUTION: In a frame of a motorcycle, which has been unitized by bonding a pair of metal sheets stamped into concave shapes, a pair of metal sheets is made up of an upper member 31 whose cross section is a concave with a downward open end and a lower member 32 whose cross section is a concave with an upward open end. Both side edge portions of the upper member 31 and the lower member 32, at which the two members are butted together, are provided with flange portions 31c, 32c which are mutually mated together and project outward. The flange portions 31c, 32c are welded together and a head pipe 22 is joined to the front end to form a main frame 30 whose top surface is generally flat. The frame 30 has a length that extends generally the overall length of the motorcycle and has portions with different widths at its front and rear.
